2. No legal or tax advice

Content on this website and in general correspondence is provided for information only and does not constitute legal advice or tax advisory within the meaning of the Polish Act on Tax Advisory, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Where a case requires a professional opinion, an individual tax ruling or representation, we involve licensed tax advisers and attorneys, and we tell you before any related cost arises.

Given the complexity and changeability of law, we are not liable for business decisions taken solely on the basis of website content or general correspondence, without a prior comprehensive review of your facts and documentation confirmed in a separate written deliverable.
