Certa Poland is the international face of an established Polish accounting practice,Biuro Rachunkowe Precyzja. We help foreign companies employ and pay people in Poland — directly, and without opening a local entity — while the Polish tax, ZUS and payroll work is handled by people who have done it across borders since 2017.

Who stands behind Certa Poland
Behind Certa Poland is Biuro Rachunkowe Precyzja, a Polish tax and accounting firm specialising in cross-border cases since 2017. Every arrangement we set up is grounded in day-to-day Polish practice — ZUS registrations, monthly filings, annual settlements — not in theory. The team has spent years doing Polish tax and accounting for international clients; cross-border cases have been the firm's daily work since 2017. Where a case needs a licensed lawyer or tax adviser, we bring one in and say so.
